Location: the hotel was really close to the airports, a metro station which was very convenient and all key attractions in Shanghai. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Hongkou district. Our rooms were huge and quiet here with EXCELLENT views across Shanghai and a mega sized bed, for example.
The breakfast they served was too expensive, hope one day it will be much better.

Efficient staff, goodservices, including a lot of nice delicacies. Favourable and unbeatable location very close to a subway stop on line 10 with nice views. Also - next to the airports and High Speed Rail stations and the all day dining restaurant and the nearest metro station.

I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods. The location, while not in a busy district, was conveniently close to the metro station. The swimming pool was a great amenity to have. I would recommend this hotel for its decent accommodations and good value for the price.
